• Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We occasionally offer late check-outs, but a fee may apply.
• Holiday & Sunday Reservations: For reservations on holidays or Sundays, please contact the hotel directly for special check-in instructions.
• Weekend Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is required for all weekends from Memorial Day through Thanksgiving. No exceptions are made to this policy.
• Cancellation Policy: We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge for the entire reservation amount. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card to verify payment.

Room Features

• Entertainment: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. Many rooms have flat-screen TVs that are internet-ready for streaming.
• Conveniences: Rooms include in-room coffee, microwaves, small refrigerators, toasters, and essential bath amenities (shampoo, soap, and lotion).

Suites in the Historic Carriage House

• Two-Room Suites: These suites feature a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and upgraded linens. The living area has a full-size futon, and linens are provided. These suites accommodate up to three adults or a couple with two small children.
• Kitchenette: Suites are equipped with glassware, dinnerware, and silverware, though they are not designed for cooking or baking.
• Bathroom Details: Suite 1 has a bath/shower combination, while Suite 3 has only a shower.
• Unique Features: Suite 1’s entrance is through a porch with wicker furniture. Suite 3 opens to the backyard gardens and gazebo seating. Both suites feature a desk/work area in the living room.

Historic Motor Lodge – Rooms 4-9

• Room Features: Each room has two queen beds, a table, and two chairs. The bathrooms feature a tub/shower combination.
• Room Availability: While we do not guarantee a specific room number, we strive to honor your reservation requests. Please note there are no adjoining rooms in the Motor Lodge.

Parking

• Off-Street Parking: We offer off-street parking, with limited space for trailers, large trucks, or multiple vehicles per room. Please inform the staff in advance if you have any special parking needs.
• Bicycle Storage: We provide a garage for bicycle storage.
• Electric Vehicle Charging: The nearest EV charging stations are in Black River Falls, Eau Claire, or Onalaska.

Pets

• Pet Policy: We welcome well-groomed small pets in our guest rooms. Please inform us if you plan to bring a pet.
• Pet Restrictions: Pets must never be left unattended in rooms. If you leave the property, your pet must accompany you.
• Clean-Up: You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste in the dumpster.
• Damage Fees: Any damage caused by your pet will be charged accordingly.
• Lobby Access: Our staff does not own pets, and we ask that pets be kept out of the lobby.

Smoking Policy:

 All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside, but you will be asked to move to your car if it affects other guests.

• Ice: We do not have an ice machine. Small amounts of ice can be requested at the desk during regular hours.
